¿Qué archivos debo incluir .gitignorecuando uso Git junto con Visual Studio Solutions ( .sln) y Proyectos?

Existe una herramienta en línea que le permite generar un archivo .gitignore según su sistema operativo, IDE, idioma, etc. Eche un vistazo a http://www.gitignore.io/ .
